Below are the Terms and Conditions of the La Juiceria Loyalty Program:
La Juiceria’s Loyalty Card Programme is owned and operated by La Juiceria Sdn Bhd.
Purchases made at participating La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars entitle members to earn loyalty points (“Loyalty Points”) in accordance with these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Loyalty Points are non-transferrable and non-assignable and have no cash value.
To become a La Juiceria Loyalty Card Member, purchase the Loyalty Card for RM25.00 at any participating La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars. You can register online at www.lajuiceria.com.my/loyalty after receiving your Loyalty Green or VIP Card at any La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars and Goodness Greens Cafe. Once signed up, you can start earning and using your Loyalty Points after 2 – 3 working days.
It doesn’t cost anything to become a Loyalty Member of La Juiceria, however when you become a Loyalty Member or when you use your Loyalty Card, you agree to the Terms, The Company may alter from time to time. If there are changes that affect you, you will be informed.
LOYALTY CARD MEMBERS
All personal details and profile information given to La Juiceria Sdn Bhd must be accurate and not misleading. It is up to individual members to update their information should it change and to ensure that all personal details are up to date at all times.
La Juiceria Sdn Bhd may terminate membership of Loyalty Card at any time with reasonable cause. Among other reasons, termination may occur if the Terms are not complied with, or Loyalty Card privileges are abused.
La Juiceria Sdn Bhd will issue each Loyalty Member with a Loyalty Green or VIP Card. Loyalty Cards remain the property of La Juiceria Sdn Bhd at all times, and must not be copied or reproduced in any way. If Loyalty Card Membership is terminated by La Juiceria Sdn Bhd, the Loyalty Card must be returned upon request.
Lost or stolen cards must be reported to La Juiceria Sdn Bhd. If this occurs, the old Loyalty Card will be cancelled and all unused points (as at date card is reported lost or stolen) will be transferred to a new Loyalty Card, along with a replacement card being issued to the Loyalty Member. A charge of RM 25 will be imposed for card renewal for La Juiceria’s Green Card and RM 30 for VIP card.
EARNING LOYALTY POINTS
Every time a Loyalty Card Member drinks or dines at La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars, Super Juice Bars and La Juiceria Superfoods Cafes, points can be earned on those purchases. Just present your card as you pay, and the points will be added to your account. Points earned will be added to your account and available for redemption after 2-3 days. Loyalty Card Members must present their Loyalty Card or provide their mobile phone number (if registered) at the
time of purchase to collect points.
Loyalty Card members earn 1 reward point for every Ringgit Malaysia they spend. When using Loyalty Points at participating La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars, Super Juice Bars and La Juiceria Superfoods Cafes, every 1 point equals RM1 Malaysian Ringgit. For example, if a Loyalty Card Member spends RM10, they will earn 10 Loyalty Points. This rate may change without prior notice.
- For La Juiceria Loyalty Green Card,
– Cold-pressed juices, Premium Smoothies, Tea-tox Water, Super Juices Smoothies Bowl, Granolas, Food from Superfoods Cafes Menu and merchandises: every RM1 spent equals to 1 Point.
- For La Juiceria Loyalty VIP Card, every RM 1 spent equals to 2 Points.
– Cold-pressed juices, Premium Smoothies, Tea-tox Water, Super Juices Smoothies Bowl, Granolas, Food from Superfoods Cafes Menu and merchandises: every RM1 spent equals to 2 Point.
Points can be collected for Cold-Pressed Juices, Juice Cleanses, Smoothies, Nuts, Granola, Alkaline Water, Chlorophyll Water, other merchandises and food purchased at participating La Juiceria Detox Bars, Super Juice Bars and Superfoods cafes (Goodness Greens, La Juiceria Superfoods Verve Shops, La Juiceria Superfoods Xpress Avenue K and La Juiceria Superfoods Signature).
A record of all Loyalty Points earned will be kept in the member’s account maintained on La Juiceria Loyalty Card system. Loyalty Points cannot be earned on purchases paid for by the redemption of existing Loyalty Points; on “voucher” transactions; or purchases of specials, promotions or other discounted prices. Loyalty Points cannot be credited to a members account in arrears, and must be recorded at the time of the purchase.
Any alleged inconsistencies in a Loyalty Member’s account should be reported to La Juiceria Sdn Bhd, who will do their best to rectify the situation. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the company is final and binding.
REDEEMING LOYALTY POINTS
Redemptions of Loyalty Points must be for the full Ringgit Malaysia (RM) amount of any transaction. La Juiceria Sdn Bhd does not do partial redemptions. Loyalty Card Members should inform staff at La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars of their intention to pay for a purchase by redemption points before completing payment for the purchase.
La Juiceria’s Loyalty Green Card and VIP Card must be presented at all times upon redemption.
Points redemption is subject to change by La Juiceria Sdn. Bhd. from time to time at its discretion, without prior notice. All reward benefits are valid only within their stipulated periods.
How Cash Rebate Works: –
- Customer has 700 point balance in the loyalty card.
- On your next purchase, you can get rebate worth RM7.00 off your bill.
- For example, you would like to purchase a bottle of cold-pressed juice worth RM13, you can immediately get RM7 off the bill, paying just RM6. Instant rebates for your convenience!

BIRTHDAY WEEK PRIVILEGES
Birthday Week Privileges are redeemable for card holder’s birthday week only. Identification must be presented upon request in order to redeem the 10% discount. Birthday Week Privileges are not redeemable for cash. Birthday week discount will not occur concurrently with other promotion.
POINTS EXPIRY & DEDUCTIONS
If Loyalty Points are added to a Loyalty Card Member’s account in error or fraudulently, La Juiceria Sdn Bhd may deduct those points. If Loyalty Points were earned on a transaction that was later cancelled, refunded or voided, La Juiceria Sdn Bhd may deduct those points. Loyalty Points may automatically expire after 12 months if a Loyalty Member’s card has not been active during that time. Once expired, they will be deducted from the Loyalty Card Member’s account balance. A Loyalty Member may also be removed from the system after 12 months of inactivity, along with any remaining points balance at the time of cancellation.
La Juiceria Loyalty Card programme is designed to respect members’ privacy and has policies in place with respect to using data collected from members. On registration each member agrees that the information they have provided can be used by , La Juiceria Sdn Bhd to deliver information related to the improvement of services at La Juiceria Cold-Pressed Detox Bars, the promotion of La Juiceria Loyalty Programme, or other promotions relating to La Juiceria Sdn Bhd.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you have agreed that all Personal Data provided may be used and retained for the following purpose and for other purposes as agreed between you and us or required by law from time to time:
- Analyzing, verifying and / or checking your points in La Juiceria Loyalty Green or VIP Card
- Data sorting and analysis to enable us to better understand your characteristics and buying behavior and to provide other services tailored to your needs, and to assist us in selecting goods and services that are likely to be of interest to you
- Providing regular communications from us with details of services and benefits
- Management, operation and maintenance of the performance of services
- Research for service improvement and designing new, or improving existing services
- Investigation of complaints, and suspected suspicious transactions; prevention or detection of crime; disclosure as required by law; aggregated behavioral analysis.
La Juiceria Sdn Bhd will not sell or pass on a member’s information to any other company, business or other organisation (unless required to by law). The system may also collect non-personalised information on any website visits. This information includes internet service provider, the time and length of visits, the pages looked at on the websites, and the method by which the site is visited. This information is used only to measure site activity, market research and to develop ideas for improving the websites and loyalty programmes in question.
